Supervision is the practice of professional reflection, review and evaluation of work in the human relations field. The course aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills and personal awareness to work effectively as a supervisor. This course of advanced training will be of interest to:
Psychotherapists who have completed supervision skills training
Supervisors who have supervised counselling practice and who wish to supervise psychotherapy practitioners
Supervisors seeking to upgrade their training
Supervisors interested in CPD in supervision
Training can be undertaken as Part II of the Institute's training in supervision, or as stand alone CPD for current supervisors, and fulfils the requirements for Supervisor accreditation with I.A.H.I.P & I.A.C.P.
