Counsultancy

The Institute offers a consultancy service to individuals, teams and organisations in a wide variety of work settings. This work includes:

  • Supervision of staff support work in health care and related service fields.
  • Business coaching and team development in the corporate and not for profit sectors.
  • We specialise in the understanding, use of and development of, emotional intelligence * competencies as they affect staff, management and leadership in work organisations. We offer ongoing review and reflection opportunities to teams from a wide variety of sectors from Health Boards and community based multi-disciplinary social care teams to leadership groups in telecommunications and banking sectors.

    The unique value of our work is that it is based on the 20 years experience of developing an integrative model of work with organisations, teams and individuals.
